It is an administrative and coordination support membership. It is not an insurance policy, prepaid funeral contract, or financial guarantee product.How much does it cost and how am I charged?+
Each membership costs $25 per month per enrolled person and is charged automatically to your card. If you enroll three people, you'll see three memberships, one for each.
Can I include a beneficiary's minor children?+
Yes. Each beneficiary's children under 18 are registered with them and are included in their membership.
What does the coordination benefit cover?+
Up to $2,500 applied to eligible funeral services with authorized local providers in the beneficiary's country, after 4 consecutive active months. Costs above that amount require prior approval and are paid by the family.
What is the waiting period?+
The benefit can be used after 4 consecutive months with an active membership. During that time we provide coordination guidance.
Is there an age limit?+
People over 75 are reviewed case by case. You can register them online and an advisor will contact you before any charge.
Is this insurance?+
No. The membership is not an insurance policy, prepaid funeral contract, or financial product. Eternimax provides administrative and coordination support.
Can I cancel?+
Yes, at any time from your portal, under Payments, or with our customer care team. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Payments already made are non-refundable, except as required by the terms or by law.
